Help.  What is help?  The current definition of help means “to give or provide what is necessary to accomplish a task or satisfy a need.”  In our world today, almost everything has been accomplished with “help” one way or the other, whether it be one business helping another getting “up on its feet” or a simple stranger helping another person get to work on time.  Very little makes you feel better about yourself then helping out another person in need.

When the word help comes to the field of general contracting, house development, and real estate, it has a few different meanings.  Imagine a huge housing development plan that is to be built in the outskirts of a huge city.  This development has a lot of things needed to be done; planning, finances, gaining permits from the city, and development itself.  In the midst of all this are many different business and corporations working together to bring up this housing development.  Together, they are working and HELPING each other, not only just to finish, but for a profit.  With a job of this size, you need to have separate business’s working together otherwise the job will take too much time to get done, if indeed it does get finished.  As we all know, time means money, and with time lost, money is lost.  Without help and working together, in the world of housing development and general contracting is nothing but a lost cause and a dump for money.

As this story of housing development goes on, the finished product (homes) must be sold.  How does this happen?  Well, real estate agents work together with each other and those in charge of the development to get the houses on the market.  The help being given here is where all the profit comes from.  New home buyers looking for a place to live are appealed to new developments as such mentioned, so there will be lots of attention put on this new housing development.  With the help of real estate business’s and agents, this new “paradise” for potential home buyers will grow and grow, bringing in more and more money.

As you can see, help is a very important part of this field.  It’s hard to get by working in one of these businesses without help.  The more help you can give or get is the more money you can get.  Like stated before, help is the key ingredient to anything, whether it be one business helping another getting “up on its feet” or a simple stranger helping another person get to work on time.
